When and how can we expect IBPS clerk results?
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS Clerk exam in two stages – Preliminary and Main. The results of each stage are declared separately on the IBPS website.
The expected timeline for IBPS Clerk result declaration is as follows:
- Preliminary Exam Result: The IBPS Clerk Preliminary exam is usually conducted in December. The result for the Preliminary exam is usually declared in January.
- Main Exam Result: The IBPS Clerk Main exam is usually conducted in January. The result for the Main exam is usually declared in February.
Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary exam are eligible to appear for the Main exam. Similarly, candidates who qualify in the Main exam are eligible for the provisional allotment of banks.
The IBPS Clerk results are declared on the official website of the IBPS, and candidates can check their results by entering their registration number/roll number and password/date of birth.
