The Staff Selection Commission or SSC is one of the leading Govt. Organizations that is responsible for providing employment to the candidates for the service of the nation. It conducts a no. of exam for the graduates, 12th Pass and 10th Pass candidates annually. Each year over lakhs and lakhs of applications are filled online for the exams conducted by it. A job under the SSC provides better facilities, services in every aspect of our lives, and the development of our country.the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) for recruitment in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India. For this exam over 20 lakh applications are received each year. One aspect that makes it the highly coveted job opportunity is its educational qualification which is 12th Pass.

SSC CHSL 2020: Eligibility Criteria
All the aspiring candidates of SSC CHSL 2020 have to abide by the all the Eligibility Criteria decided by the Commission.
Nationality:
- Candidate of SSC CHSL 2020 must be Citizen of either India or Nepal or Bhutan. If a candidate is citizen of Nepal or Bhutan shall have a Certificate of Eligibility issued by Government of India in favour of him/her.
Educational Qualification:
- Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:–
(A) The basic requirement is a pass certificate in class 12 from a recognized board or university.
(B) For the post of DEO in the office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG),
applicants must have studied science and mathematics as main subjects in Class 12th.
NOTE– Candidates who are appearing in their 12th standard can also apply provided they produce the educational qualification and the documentary evidence from the board/ university as on January 1st 2020
Age Limit:
- The age of candidates must be between 18 to 27 years.

Exam Pattern of SSC CHSL 2020 is explained in the tables below. SSC CHSL 2020 comprises of three Tiers. Tier-I is mainly screening exam and scoring also.
